2 Easy Ways To Relief Headache
Having headache is stressful and sometimes it is hard for us to avoid. Mostly when we are under pressure, head ache come along automatically. If it becomes more intense, we might pass out due to the painful sensation we experienced.
One of the fundamental causes of headache is tension in the muscles of the neck, scalp and jaw. We ordinarily deal with it by having some rest or eat up over-the counter aspirin to release our pain. However, can we do this at any place?

1. Eyes Area Massage — Close your eyes. Place your middle fingers to your eyes that are above cheekbones. Massage that area gently but firmly in circular motion for 1 minute.
2. Eyes to Nose Massage – Using thumb, slide by the bottom of eyebrows (along the bone on top of eye socket). Find where this bone touches the bridge of your nose and eyes and find a spot where there is a small indentation. Very gentle force, press your thumbs into the spots. You can do it four times by holding and pressing that area for 10 seconds in each press.
